Introduction

Dr Sudhir Bisht is an alumnus of the prestigious Hindu college of Delhi University where he completed B.Sc ( Honours) in Physics. He is an MBA from Jodhpur University and a PhD in Management from Pacific University, Rajasthan.
He is the co-Founder, Board member and  Executive Director of MIL Power India, an Indo- Israeli Jt. venture at Gurgaon that employs 75 technicians and engineers. This is a 100% Export unit that manufactures power supplies for defence and aerospace sector. The organisation holds the coveted AS9100D certification for Aerospace sector by NQA, USA and is an ISO 9000 company.

Dr. Bisht is also Professor at our institute, DME  Noida, where he teaches Business Ethics & CSR and Marketing Management. He is one of the most popular columnist for Rediff.com and he also writes for ‘The Nationalist’ a prestigious journal of Syama Prasad Mookerje Research Foundation, Delhi
Dr. Bisht has held top level positions in companies in India and in Africa. He has work experience in Indian Oil Corporation, Reliance Petroleum, ExxonMobil, Conoil Plc, Globacom, SWAP Technologies, AIO Systems among others.
Dr. Bisht is passionate about teaching ethics to the younger generation of managers and has penned many columns on ethics in respect of Board of Control for Cricket in India ( BCCI). He also appears on panel discussions for ITV New York a niche TV channel for Indians in diaspora.
