Introduction
Dr. Shalini Gautam is currently working as an Associate Professor at DME Management School, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She is also the head of Outreach Cell. She has done her Ph.D. in financial behavior and knowledge from Lingaya’s University and PGDBM from BIMTECH. She has done her graduation in B.Sc. Physics (H) from Delhi University.
Dr. Shalini Gautam is a learned faculty with over 20 years of experience in industry and academia. She has worked in the leading banks viz., HSBC and Standard Chartered before shifting to academia in 2011. She has been invited as an expert for the development of test items in mental ability & reasoning for the prestigious National Talent Search Exams, conducted by NCERT, New Delhi in 2017.
Dr Shalini Gautam is an avid researcher. She has around 20 research papers and case studies to her credit. These papers are published in leading Scopus indexed journals. She is regular in presenting papers at various conferences across the country.
As the Outreach Cell head, Dr Shalini is reaching out to various schools and curating the student enrichment activities as per the specific requirements of the students.
