Introduction
Dr. Seema Mam, is currently working as an Associate Professor at DME Management School affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has done her Phd in Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management from AMU ( Aligarh Muslim University, PGDM in HR from AIMA-CME and LLB from Panjab University).
Dr. Seema Mam is Head Placement in DME works closely with a team of dedicated faculty members for Internships & Placements of Students for all the three Schools, namely, Management, Law & Media. Actively contributing to NAAC Accreditation of DME and also IQAC Committee Member. Is also a Internal Academic Auditor Trainer from IAAC.
She is actively giving contribution in all the fields, FDPs, Workshops, Conferences etc. Her areas of work/ teaching and research are Organisational Behaviour & HRM.
