Introduction
Monika Kadam joined DME Management School, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2017 as an Assistant Professor. She is UGC NET qualified, has done M. Com. from Jamia Millia Islamia University and MBA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. After completing her Master’s her passion for academics drove her to choose a teaching career.
Her academic interests are Accounting, Project Management, and Financial Management. She has participated in workshops and FDPs and presented research papers in various National and International Conferences, and has also published articles.
She believes in the overall development of students and invests time in motivating and guiding students to excel in all aspects of life. The ability to build caring relationships with students has held her in good stead during her teaching career.
